New self-leveling compound PCI Periplan Flow for leveling under all floor coverings
With PCI Periplan Flow, PCI Augsburg GmbH is launching a new self-leveling compound with exceptional flow properties that, with its smooth, low-pore surface, creates the right basis for all subsequent top coverings. Thanks to the newly developed CSA technology, PCI Periplan Flow impresses with a fast setting and long processing time - for even more flexibility as well as time and cost savings on the construction site.

With PCI Periplan Flow, the company completes the PCI Periplan family with a new self-leveling compound with exceptional flow properties. PCI Periplan Flow runs itself into every corner, without any tools and without additional, time-consuming reworking with a trowel or squeegee, but with a long processing time of approx. 45 minutes. The extremely easy course enables very fast and cost-effective construction progress.

The self-leveling compound is suitable as floor leveling and for surface repairs for most indoor surfaces and can be applied under all top coverings - tiles and natural stone coverings, textile and elastic coverings as well as parquet - in layer thicknesses of 1 mm to 20 mm (also higher on site, if necessary).

After a short drying time (walkable after about two hours), PCI Periplan Flow has an extremely smooth and low-pored surface. Thanks to its self-de-aerating properties, only a workstep is required, no need to subsequently sand and de-aerate the surface with a spiked roller.

The patent-pending CSA technology uses calcium sulfoaluminate cement (CSA cement) to ensure faster setting and higher early strength which significantly accelerates construction progress. Compared to conventional cements, the manufacturing process takes place at significantly lower firing temperatures which consumes less energy and sustainably reduces CO2 emissions.

In addition, PCI Periplan Flow is very low in emissions and has been awarded EMICODE EC1 PLUS for more healthy living and lower indoor air pollution.

"The new PCI Periplan Flow is a real walking miracle and helps craftsmen to work in a much more relaxed, cost-saving and time-saving way," says Stephan Tschernek, Head of Marketing PCI Group. "In addition, our new patent-pending CSA technology enables a significant contribution to the reduction of the CO2 footprint."
