At the PCI plant in Augsburg, around 300 employees work in administration and around 200 employees in production and logistics.
Leading for decades
In 1951, the founders of Poly-Chemie-Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH achieved a market breakthrough with the legendary product PCI Emulsion. Sensational new developments such as PCI FT Klebemörtel and the first solvent-free epoxy resin primer made the company a forerunner in its sector over the following decades. The first flexible tile adhesive for indoor and outdoor use, PCI Flexmörtel, was launched in 1981 making PCI the market leader in the tile fixing segment, a position it has retained to this day.
